Nan Wang, MD

Dr. Nan Wang is a board-certified physiatrist by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and earned her medical degree with research distinction from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Wang completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Elmhurst Hospital Center of Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Montefiore Medical Center, where she was honored as Resident of the Year. Dr. Wang further specialized by completing a fellowship in Women’s Health Rehabilitation at Montefiore Medical Center.

Dr. Wang has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented her research at national conferences including the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Association of Academic Physiatrists and the American Neurological Association. Dr. Wang is passionate about providing patient-centered care and helping individuals achieve their functional goals.

In her free time, Dr. Wang enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring museums around the world.
