Merin Mathew, FNP

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in rehabilitation and subacute care. I began my nursing career as a Registered Nurse, serving in various roles including charge nurse, nursing supervisor, and unit manager in long-term and subacute settings. I earned my BSN from Grand Canyon University and later completed my Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner at William Paterson University.

My clinical background also includes experience in hospital-based medical-surgical care. During my nursing career, I have worked closely with multidisciplinary teams and developed a strong foundation in rehabilitation medicine, supporting patients through complex recoveries and helping them regain function and independence. I also have experience in pain management, with a focus on assessing and managing both acute and chronic pain to improve patients’ comfort, mobility, and quality of life.

I am passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve!
